Is the Climate Changing?
Today is not the first day of the universe, but it could be the last.
In this universe, every living creature has unique responsibilities and duties. Everything in the universe – except humans – seems to be programmed, knowing what to do instinctively. Every single thing knows what should be done and carries out its duty properly.
The universe and our planet are like a guest house with many visitors. However, like every busy place, the universe and our planet should be messy and full of garbage instead of stunning, pristine environments. But of course, there is a natural 'cleaning process' on a global scale. Just as a mosquito or a bird cleans its wings, our planet—floating in space—cleans itself in the same way. There are carnivores in the sea and on land, and there are 'funeral officers' like worms and ants. They follow the laws of nature, ensuring nothing is wasted.
Just as red and white blood cells clean our blood and eyelids clean our eyes, the endless clouds and air refresh the earth, much like our lungs do when we breathe...
As conscious beings, we are at the very top of the ecological pyramid. This means no one or nothing has more power, responsibility, or duty than we when it comes to affecting climate change. Whether we take action on climate change or not, the situation will worsen compared to the days we've leftbehind.
Unfortunately, most of it has already been done, and it will likely continue in the future. There is a reality called entropy, which could be seen as an 'apocalypse.' But that doesn't mean that we do have only small/little effects on it.
At the long term we are all going to die, so will the universe. That phrase needs to show us something precious. Because the hope always comes when all solution that we can imagine, end in smoke.
Life is meaningless without our impression on it and the shape of our construe with it. If one says that ‘the climate will badly change anyway even though we do everything as we can’. Well, I say, we are obligated to do everything we can. Even if we witness the end of the world, we should still plant a flower and conserve every drop of water.
Embracing that responsibility should be our first duty as human beings. Everything comes after this ethical, emotional, moral, virtues background which must be well designed, constructed or established by a human-universe centred acknowledgments that can be sustainable only thanks to consensus of conscious people, idealist social scientists, rational investors and virtues politicians or policy makers.
Shorly and precisely, as whole human society of this universe, we should make a “change on the climate in a better way” together with ‘hand and hand’, with responsibility consciousness at every step of the “climate change” I am afraid of the consequences of the solid silence of our souls. Even in fear, hope can create a well-informed conscience. That's what truly matters. Because as I mentioned before the light comes out during the time when the darkness is sovereign on the horizon.
